When to Choose Clinical Massage
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a clinical-style of massage. The purpose of using Registered Massage Therapy is generally for aide in the recovery of accidents and injuries. It is also the only massage therapy that can accept insurance benefits or health benefits.

In a massage therapy session you will be assessed and treated for your specific presenting condition. A treatment plan will be created that addresses your specific needs. Sessions are usually targeted to a specific affected area.

Registered Massage Therapists are trained to assess and treat muscle and joint issues, assess and treat central and peripheral nervous system problems, and work with and around systemic pathologies.
